About Pixel Mode
In Pixel Mode, the artwork of the day's Clash Royale card shows up as an unrecognizable pixel mosaic — and gains resolution with every miss, until you call which card it is.
It's a test of how well you know the game's illustrations: a silhouette, a patch of color or the art's background can be enough to recognize the card from very few pixels.
Got it? The art is revealed in full resolution and your result becomes a shareable emoji grid, spoiler-free.
Frequently asked questions
How much does the image open up with each miss?
The mosaic's resolution goes up one step with every wrong guess, progressively revealing more detail of the illustration.
Can the art come from any card?
Yes. The draw considers the entire collection, from commons to champions — knowing the rare cards' artwork helps a lot.
Where do the images come from?
From the official Clash Royale card artworks, served from a public CDN — nothing is altered beyond the challenge's pixelation.
